Located in the heart of Erbil’s Pavilion District, Pavilion Business Tower is a landmark development encompassing 15,000 square meters of built-up area. Rising between 25 and 35 floors above a two-story commercial podium, the tower is designed to serve as a premium hub for business, commerce, and modern urban life. Its sleek architectural form, efficient spatial organization, and vibrant podium base create a dynamic environment that reflects Erbil’s growing commercial sophistication and ALSARAJ’s vision for vertical mixed-use design.
